Property Location: Wesley Manor, Campbell, California Project-Based Section 8 Subsidy.

The Wesley Manor elderly one-bedroom preliminary waiting list will be open at 9:00 am on Monday, May 16, 2022, and will close at 5:00 pm on Tuesday, May 31, 2022. This is a fully web-based preliminary application process. No paper forms will be accepted.

This preliminary waiting list is for persons whose head of household is 62 years of age or older. 

There are currently no vacancies.

Once the waiting list is closed, a total of 300 preliminary applications will be selected using a computerized random selection process (lottery) that will be performed by a third-party vendor.

In addition to rent, there is a mandatory subscription to an evening meal program Monday-Friday.  The current cost is $200 per person per month.

Eligibility

  • Applicant head of household must be 62 years of age
  • Applicants must pass all credit and criminal background checks
  • Applicants must verify U.S. citizenship or legal immigration status
  • Applicants must meet financial eligibility

Area Income Limits: 2022

  • 30% Area Median Income $35,400 for one person, (Extremely Low Income) $40,450 for two persons.
  • 50% Area Median Income $59,000 for one person, (Very Low Income) $67,400 for two persons.

Rent is based on 30% of a household’s adjusted gross monthly income.
